GroupForce Security
GroupForce has a very tight security mechanism that can be very useful for organizations with sensitive information. However, this security does not get in the user and administrators way, for more security relaxed organizations.
All GroupForce documents have an easy access to reader and editor control area. Security is cascaded automatically, i.e. security implemented at a contact level, is inherited to all activity with that contact.
The system may also be configured to issue periodical certificates to selected users. Users no longer can access information, after certificate expiration.

GroupForce Mail-In
GroupForce Mail-In technology integrates user’s e-mail with GroupForce activity in the background and without any effort from the user.
As e-mails are received from various sources GroupForce Mail-In monitor scans the e-mail activity and intelligently files those documents in the applicable GroupForce CRM containers. Sent e-mail, even if originated when disconnected to the GroupForce CRM server are filled appropriately in the system.
GroupForce Reports
GroupForce SmartLink Technology allows bi-directional communication between GroupForce™ and Standard Business applications, without any programming effort.
GroupForce PowerPrint uses definitions created with SmartLink and generates reports in both MS Excel and/or MS Word from any GroupForce area. Users have total control over the reports formats and respective complexity.
With GroupForce, a set of reports is delivered for immediate usage. Special analysis packs are available for data mining and deep analysis.
